Roger’s Artisan Bakery has been supplying cafes and restaurants since 2015, frustrated by the lack of Real Bread local businesses had access to, he got to work.
Using Organic and Regenerative Flour and the most simple ingredients without any preservatives. His products are now renowned across Yorkshire and has won many national awards.
Om Is Where The Heart Is founders Alex and Ellie sought to meet the demand for quick, but quality food, easy to eat in or on the go - something they couldn’t accommodate in their first restaurant.
